Return & Refund Policy

  • If the product is defective or the wrong product arrives, we will accept returns only if the product is unused.
  • As soon as the product is confirmed to be defective, we will replace it with the same product only if it is in stock. If there is no stock available for replacement, we will refund your money.
  • We will bear the cost of return shipping and returns.
  • If you wish to return the product, please be sure to contact us using the inquiry form within 15 days from the date of arrival of the product. We will not accept returned items without prior notice under any circumstances. There is a possibility that it will be automatically returned.
  • Please be sure to return the returned item by a method that has a delivery record, such as a courier service. It is your responsibility to maintain your delivery records until they arrive at our company.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

    For EU Customers In accordance with EU consumer protection law (Consumer Rights Directive), customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. Return shipping costs will be covered by us. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations after ordering will not be accepted after the product has been shipped.
  • Orders placed after these hours are usually processed the next business day. (Business days: excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and long holidays)
